Full Arsenal is an achievement obtained by having at least 1 ammo on all weapons aside from Barry's shotgun. Its value is set to 1 if at any point during gameplay there is at least 1 ammo on all of shuriken, knife, modern rifle, ak rifle, rpg7, and carlgustav, all at any level.
